Yes , this game platform SUCKS . I worked my way through ranks for months only to be stripped of it and given a new name and made to start over . I guess that means that I wont be wasting any more time on this ****** game site any more . Thanks for NOTHING

Since Yahoo does not have sign-in for players, the accounts used on Yahoo games are temporary. When your cookies and cache are deleted, you will be recognized as a new player upon returning to the game. However, Technical Support at Masque Publishing can issue you a recovery code to re-access your account. They would need your username used in the game and the number of coins in your account. You can email support@masque.com for a recovery code.
