hold 'em poker no limit win 11. I cleared cache / cookies and lost my chips (127K) and my avatar. had to start over. how can i prevent this?

Since Yahoo does not have sign-in for players, the accounts used on Yahoo games are temporary. When your cookies and cache are deleted, you will be recognized as a new player upon returning to the game. However, Technical Support at Masque Publishing can issue you a recovery code to re-access your account. They would need your username used in the game and the number of coins in your account. You can email support@masque.com for a recovery code.
