1. Bug: Disabling AI Message Summaries toggle does not work (stuck on generic previews)

   I turned off the "Message summaries" toggle in Settings, but my inbox won't revert to normal. It is stuck showing generic AI text like "Linkedin has sent you job alerts for..." instead of the actual company and role details.

   I have already tried:

   1, Turning the toggle on and off again.

   1. Hard-refreshing the browser (Ctrl+F5).

   2. Logging completely out and logging back in.

   The UI says it is turned off, but the inbox is completely failing to update. Please fix this caching issue!

2. Allow drag and drop to move the folders in whatever order I want

   I want to move Sent, Archive and Trash to the bottom of my folder list. I want my Folders at the top.

4. Allow <filter> to list items first

   I'd like to show my STARRED items on top WITH all the other items in my Inbox. Maybe it could be extended to other filters? A particular date or email address or topic? (But just Starring them should be enough)

6. All e-mail should be instant that is the entire point of e-mail

   The most important e-mail that got send to me I look yesturday and it was not their and also not even in spam now I look today it is not in spam but only shows today when it was send 2 days ago and the inspection is now. And it all the stress that is cause me now I have to cancel my stellara appointment tommorow because I will be sick tommorow for sure because of all the stress your malfunctioing system is costing me. I will have to switch to paper since it is more reliable because it is on the same building they just slide it under door. I would like to save the envoirment by preventing the used of paper, but if e-mail are unreliable I have no choice. The next time they could change it to send it for 3days away but just for the e-mail to **** me off and stress me it will only show up on the third day. I could have been worst.

8. Fix errors

   The inbox states you have unread email a long time before the email appears in the folder, this causes your customer to open the web page to read the email but it isn't there to be read, wasting time.

9. Filter with Inbox option

   Hi

   I am writing one rule as from rmoneyindia.in I want always in inbox . Currently it is directly goes to Bulk folder as I added yahoo account in outlook 365. In setting in yahoo mail under filter I want to set rule but not finding move to Folder as Inbox.I can find others like Draft, Junk and so on . Can you add Inbox under rule in filter also

10. Please remove the pop-up of the names of anything the mouse hovers over.

    The pop-ups that are produce when I hover over items is very annoying and I am always having to move my mouse pointer in order to selecting the item. For example, when I am trying to select a folder I have saved, I try and select it and yet I get the pop-up stating the name of the folder I am hovering over. Again, this is an issues when trying to select the folder as I always have to move the mouse quickly and back to the folder to select it. I do not need a pop-up showing the name of the folder or email etc. as it is already shown...

15. Remove the big UNSUBSCRIBE from on top of the subject line on mouse over

    When I'm on desktop, it's natural for me to move my mouse over an email that I'm going to open or delete as I'm going through my emails. When I do that, many of the emails have their subject line now almost completely hidden by a big UNSUBSCRIBE button. I don't generally want to one-click unsubscribe from my emails. I want to scan the sender and subject line, see if they're worth opening, and then make a decision based on that. But when the big UNSUBSCRIBE button comes up, I can't see the subject line so then I have to move my mouse out of the way to clear it, review, and then make the decision. "Not a huge deal" you may say for one email, but when you repeat that over 100 times it can get pretty annoying. The UNSUBSCRIBE button adds little value and causes more trouble than its worth. Just give me an icon or something that isn't so prominent if you're trying to provide the option. But stop hiding the subject line of the email I'm trying to read.

16. MAKE THE CHECKBOX AREA BIGGER

    Please, for the love of god, make the checkbox are bigger. The only use for the area left of the purple unread dot is to select messages. Yet if I miss the checkbox by 1 pixel, it opens the message I want to select for deletion. I get too many emails I don't want to read everyday. Make it easy for me to delete them.

18. Filter Unread by Sender Name

    Previously I was able to sort UNREAD emails by sender's name however it wasnt sorting correctly. Now the option is removed and I'm not able select the option.
    Can you PLEASE add back the option to sort by sender, then from there unread and because of storage limits with attachments first? It is NOT user friendly the way it is currently!

19. Subject Line in List View

    When I view my inbox I only want to see the subject line and not the first line of content. I cant find a way to remove this so I have a cleaner view of emails. Very cluttered.

    it is a total chaos in switching from one inbox to another inbox when i have 2 or 3 inboxes at the same time opened.

    i need to see the different emails in the list of "added emails" at the top
    of the email i am logged in
    so i may switch between them
    easily

    it was better before when
    i was able to simply click on it
    and see the list of all added emails
    and switch between them

    instead of: going outside
    the email and then log in again
    i am already logged in

    the second email address does not let me log in

    and the list of emails should be at the top of the meniu
