I have been depending on that blue dot next to an email to see my new mail. It's gone. Get it back.

Infinite Scroll to Next Email
Absolutely HATE the new feature that concerns scrolling inside of an email and automatically loads the next email. Dozens of times already have read an email, then go to hit the delete key only to realize the next unread email has been loaded and is now in the trash can.

From field not available on Reply/Forward
ISSUES:
REPLY does not allow you to change the FROM email (it is not even visible). This is a problem if you have multiple emails.
The FORWARD has the same issue as above.
Both of these are an option on the old version of Yahoo. This is forcing me to copy and paste the entire email and create a new one.

not liking the new email format. I don't feel it's user friendly. I've been trying to email files to my CPA and it keeps saying not the correct format. However if I send the files from my husband's email and NO Problem. I want the old format back, a lot more user friendly. Not Impressed!!!

Delete all offers
I would like to delete all "Offers". The UI is really weird for this. If you select "All", then you are no longer targeting offers. With the new UI, you have to select at least one message on the "Offers" tab, then you can select "All" messages, but it's limited to just the 100 messages in your current list. I would like to nuke them all, from all time, similar to how Delete all Spam was on the old UI.
What's even more troubling is that I can select the Offer messages and delete them 100 at a time, but…

Let us opt out of planner
On the PLANNER- For God's sake at least let us be able to take stuff OFF of the planner. Your AI is getting all the stuff wrong. It's a headache and very stressful.

Bug: Disabling AI Message Summaries toggle does not work (stuck on generic previews)
I turned off the "Message summaries" toggle in Settings, but my inbox won't revert to normal. It is stuck showing generic AI text like "Linkedin has sent you job alerts for..." instead of the actual company and role details.
I have already tried:
1, Turning the toggle on and off again.
Hard-refreshing the browser (Ctrl+F5).
Logging completely out and logging back in.
The UI says it is turned off, but the inbox is completely failing to update. Please fix this caching issue!

Current Open Email Indicator Bar
When i am reading my emails with my inbox or folder on the left and the email on the right of the screen, the only indicator on the left in the list of emails of which one I am currently reading is a small, slim purple bar on the right of the email subject and first line card. This little purple bar gets partially covered by the scroll up and down bar when not hovering over it and is completely covered by it if you start using the scroll bar. Don't advertise virus infected ads
My Yahoo mail is showing an Ad indicating it is coming from McAfee.com that says "Payment has failed". It is an obvious scam intending to infect my computer. Use AI to come up with better software to prevent obvious scams from coming into a users InBox.

STOP MAKING IT SO DIFFUCULT TO GET INTO BODY OF EMAILS
Because you changed something about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks ago, this Yahoo is VERY DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE. Issue retrieving previous parts of emails and keeps deleting emails and putting emails into spam that are NOT SPAM.
& your yahooscout is stupid and has no business viewing emails and putting it into its own words. WRONG. Let me do my work without your bad help

Inbox categories should be user configurable
Inbox categories doesn't do a good job of categorizing some of my newsletters into that category. Otherwise, it would be a useful feature. For a while, I was able to select an email to sort similar emails into a category, but that's no longer available. I would like to be able to select which bulk emails should automatically be categorized as Newsletters.

Bulk Delete is freezing my page
Bulk Delete of Trash and Spam is freezing up my page. It has a serious lag with the newer update. Freezing bulk delete has even caused my personal folder to clear out. When I thought the Trash was deleted already, I opened my personal folder, only to have the lag catch up then freeze my page while my personal folder was open. The screen goes grey and a pop up says it was emptying the trash and it took my personal folder items with it. Please fix this lag.

Sort by Sender does not stay intact; list pops
When sorting by sender, the sort does not remain after taking any action, ie opening an email, moving to a folder, deleting, etc. It always goes back to sorting by Newest. I have to resort by sender every time i do anything. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming.
In addition, once I do resort, the email list pops back to the top and i have to scroll down to the place i was. Every. single. time. I've gotten to the point i just drag to the bottom and hold it while the unending amount of ads on the right… -
Searching using a key
The issue is when do this: tap 🔍 to search, then tap
a contact, then tap "Add keyword", then enter keyword.For example, if I tap "Contact1" and enter "Keyword1", the results contain:
Contact1, Keyword1
Contact2, Keyword1But shouldn't the results only show the emails from
Contact1 containing Keyword1?. After all, that's the
reason why I initially tapped Contact1 - to search
only within Contact1's emails. Otherwise, if I wanted
to search ALL emails for Keyword1, then I would
have just entered Keyword1 after tapping 🔍 button,
and not tapped Contact1 at all.Ps: This is for mobile mail app…

Please do not shrink font when printing
When I get an email (i.e. 11 pt font), when I go to print it, it shrinks to 6 pt and cannot be enlarged. I have 80% of the page is wasted blank space and puny text which is hard to read. Why? Please stop this **** and print it normal. Changing % on the print function causes text to be truncated on right side--not word wrapped. Please fix this. It didn't use to work like this.

User friendly bulk email deletions
When deleting emails in bulk, make the software work so it actally works when you click on "delete" unlike now where it just thnks about and then falls over.
