I have been depending on that blue dot next to an email to see my new mail. It's gone. Get it back.

Infinite Scroll to Next Email
Absolutely HATE the new feature that concerns scrolling inside of an email and automatically loads the next email. Dozens of times already have read an email, then go to hit the delete key only to realize the next unread email has been loaded and is now in the trash can.

From field not available on Reply/Forward
ISSUES:
REPLY does not allow you to change the FROM email (it is not even visible). This is a problem if you have multiple emails.
The FORWARD has the same issue as above.
Both of these are an option on the old version of Yahoo. This is forcing me to copy and paste the entire email and create a new one.

Unable to open ordownload attachments

Restore Archive's easy access
I finally reorganized my email to be stored in the Archive folder but now the redesign removes the quick, easy access to the Archive.
From the Inbox, I select messages and there's no way to move them to Archive. When I click the Move icon > select Folder > Archive isn't even listed or available to get to. The only option is to open every email individually, then click ... > Archive.
Yikes.

not liking the new email format. I don't feel it's user friendly. I've been trying to email files to my CPA and it keeps saying not the correct format. However if I send the files from my husband's email and NO Problem. I want the old format back, a lot more user friendly. Not Impressed!!!

Delete all offers
I would like to delete all "Offers". The UI is really weird for this. If you select "All", then you are no longer targeting offers. With the new UI, you have to select at least one message on the "Offers" tab, then you can select "All" messages, but it's limited to just the 100 messages in your current list. I would like to nuke them all, from all time, similar to how Delete all Spam was on the old UI.
What's even more troubling is that I can select the Offer messages and delete them 100 at a time, but…

Let us opt out of planner
On the PLANNER- For God's sake at least let us be able to take stuff OFF of the planner. Your AI is getting all the stuff wrong. It's a headache and very stressful.

Fix problem with display of messages in preview panel after a search
When I perform a search and produce a list of messages, and I select a certain message, I would like to be able to see inside that message in the preview panel: that is, I would like to see inside it without opening it, possibly by scrolling through it, just as I can do at my Inbox.

Improve Readability of Previewing Messages
Hi. My suggestion is to expand the amount of vertical space used in showing preview messages.
Currently, emails show like the following:
EMAIL TITLE This is the preview message body.
I suggest doing it this way:
EMAIL TITLE
This is the preview message body.
There is not an option to change this with categories turned off, and I prefer to not have categories on because I am able to filter out messages using rules to send them to specific folders of my choice.

Usability of the Yahoo theme
Please give me the old mailbox style back. The new one is really straining my eyes and hurting my disability. Contrast is too low in the "Light" mode and the Dark mode causes horrible after-images in my vision. There needs to be another option which makes it easier to read the inbox and see the separation of messages, as well as adjust the fonts. The rounded sans serif fonts are not good for reading. Lastly, the colored sender icons next to each email aren't helpful and are actively distracting. The mobile app even has an option to hide them, but…

view and delete ALL filters
I have deleted the first 10 filters, but I cannot see anymore of the 500 filters that Y mail says I have.
I would like to view, scroll through and delete the majority (and possibly ALL) of the filters. I've never created a filter, but for some reason my Y mail is full of them.
1) How do I see and scroll through all 500 filters?
2) Is there a way to do a mass select and delete of filters?These features should exist, but they don't seem to exist so that's my IDEA.

Double check your inbound filtering for Disposable Email.
It would be great if you could use your resources to research why several third-party services no longer seem to be able to send to my hyphenated disposable email addresses. I have noticed this issue coinciding with the Yahoo Inbox forced upgrade in October 2026. I have not been receiving email from several services. This was working well for years prior to this upgrade so I suspect some sort of inbound filtering. This is highly frustrating since some of these services send validation codes to log-in and they are no longer being received.

predictive folder-suggestion feature
When I go to move an email, the mobile and desktop apps should be "smart" enough to predict where I want to move it due to past history and put that folder at the top of the list when I click on the move icon.

It is disaster!
The rows are too wide, the color cannot be seen when you choose a mail! The folders not scoll down automatically, when you move a mail to choose the folder. Please take me back to the previous mode! This one is disaster! I use yahoo from 30 years at least! This is the worst mode now!
