Inbox sorting
How do I make the default set to "ALL" instead of "PRIORITY" emails? And it is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that I have to pay to speak to someone on the phone!!! I have looked everywhere for help to my question and it's nowhere to be found. Yahoo is so user UNfriendly!!

No Priority Inbox on start up
How do I STOP the Priority Inbox being the default place I open to? I just want to see ALL my emails. I don't care what you think is priority. Please advise. Thanks

Priority and All Email Setting
Please advise me how I can return to my previous Yahoo Mail. There is much I dislike about the new version. Having to manually select "All", search for ''spam and deleted messages and default being "Priority" are a nuisance to me.

I would prefer the initial page of my yahoo emails defaulted to "all" instead of "priority". I've been unable to find a way to do so myself. Yahoo's algorithms, or ai, has failed to effectively determine my priorities, and if I don't remember to click the "all" button, I miss out on important emails.
Thank you for giving customers a chance to provide feedback and for anything that can be done to make this change.

Priority and All categories are frustrating. I'd love it if you got rid of priority or if the default was "all" and you could switch to priority.

Probably heard this already but I HATE defaulting to "Priority" every single time I leave my inbox and come back to it. JUST LEAVE IT ON "ALL"!!!!!

Filters seem to only allow us to send things to folders. I want to be able to control what appears in the priority inbox. Allow us to filter to Priority instead of having to dig in "All" to find something.

The 'newsletter' folder
I want everything to go to my inbox and not be fildered into newlsetters or social folders which is why I went with yahoo over gmail. STOP TRYING TO BE GMAIL. You have removed the capabilities to move the emails to my inbox with is a deal breaker. I want control of my emails, I am going to move my account. I am done, the new inbox is absolutely HORRIBLE

Defaulting to Priority is Annoying
Yahoo Mail keeps defaulting to priority inbox. I don't want it to do that. I want it to default to all mail. Please change that or let me change that in a setting.

Give users the option to default to Priority, or not. Frustrating when I'm searching for a message that's not in priority (by date) and every time I click on a message and back to inbox, I'm returned to Priority inbox.

Spam Filter Settings
Es wäre wirklich hilfreich, wenn man den Spam-Filter selbst bearbeiten oder zumindest feiner einstellen könnte. Momentan fühlt es sich etwas eingeschränkt an, und mehr Zugriff darauf würde die Kontrolle über den eigenen Posteingang enorm verbessern.

New Yahoo is **** because its geared to AI
You have destroyed Yahoo. It worked fine before your update. I had few if any problems now it is so difficult to use. I am a human being and this is set up for AI that has taken over My in box used to work fine. It did a great job of seperating real emails and spam and later things I put in spam went in there. Free storage to be remained as 1TB
I just saw a notification yesterday stating that I have exceeded my mailbox storage. Truthfully, I am very proud to tell my friends that I started using my Yahoo Mail since 2002, exactly more than 23 years ago. I don't have to create another new email as my email is never full. The New Organization of Inboxes Is Terrible

You recently implemented a new method of organizing my inbox that divides my emails into various categories: Priority, Offers, Social, Newsletters. Unfortunately, whatever method you use to identify which emails go into certain categories is frequently incorrect, to the point where I have had important personal messages identified as Newsletters and Offers several times. Worse, the inbox defaults to the Priority messages, many of which are not a priority for me at all, meaning I have to navigate away from one inbox to view a specific categorical inbox, or the All inbox.

Fix the Blocked address feature
The amount of junk that reaches my inbox compared to other email platforms, such as Gmail, is exorbitant. I've tried everything from reporting the mail as spam, blocking addresses, unsubscribing, and hitting the "ignore conversation" button...nothing works. Why doesn't junk mail filter properly? Do I need to pay for this feature to work? Out of 100 emails, 88% are junk that I didn't ask for, and I've tried to stop at least 100 times. Please fix this!

Please stop making Priority the default view. I want to see ALL mail by default. And why are my Offers hidden?? They don't even show up on the ALL view. I think you guys don't know what ALL means. You certainly don't know how to identify spam. No amount of training improves your spam filters. They need to filter based on subject as well as sender.
