WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

    Priority? Worst idea ever! I can already set up rules to view or sort or categorize emails. Why would I want Yahoo to prioritize them for me? According to whatever rules they set up? It would be so easy to completely miss an email if I was expecting it, but Yahoo decided to "un-prioritize" it! I will NEVER use the prioritize option. And I hope to God that Yahoo doesn't some day decide to make it mandatory. <sheesh!>

  2. When I open it automatically goes to PRIORITY.

    How do I shut off automatic open to Priority??????

  3. YOUR PRIORITY IS NOT MY PRIORITY

    Your priority is not my priority. Should be an option to get rid of folders I will never use. I want it ALL, ALL THE TIME, AND I WANT IT NOW!!!

  4. GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT.

    WHEN I OPEN MY EMAIL I WANT TO SEE ALL MY EMAILS, NEW AND OLD. I WANT TO MAKE THE DECISION TO ARCHIVE, SAVE OR DELETE WITH ONE VIEW. HAVING TO CONTINUALLY LOOKING FOR EMAILS IS ANNOYING AND WASTES MY TIME. GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT. THIS IS NOT EASIER. IT'S STUPID AND TIME WASTED.

  5. I would like a way to set it so that Yahoo Mail always opened to "ALL" mail rather than to "priority" mail.

    I would like a way to set it so that Yahoo Mail always opened to "ALL" mail rather than to "priority" mail.

    I don't need Yahoo, or anyone else, to decide what is a priority for me.

    To be perfectly honest, I would be happy to see Yahoo get rid of the "priority" mail option.

  6. Missing Priority Inbox

    the Priority Inbox is gone. My emails are no longer sorted into Priority, Updates, Offers, Newsletters or All tabs. The Priority Tab toggle in Settings is gone. This is on both the Android app and the desktop browser application.

    Is this an update Charlie Foxtrot or is this a permanent change?
