PROBLEM WITH UPGRADING TO HAVE MORE STORAGE, NOT LIVING IN THE USA, BUT IN SWITZERLAND, AND THUS OPERATION NOT A CCEPTED

My account is "luisperezbayas@yahoo.com"and I am located in SWITZERLAND.
I am informed that MY MAILBOX STORAGE IS FULL.
But when I want to upgrade BY ADDING STORAGE, I fill every slot with the right information (Name, Address)
BUT I CANNOT GO OUT OF THE US; IT DOESN'T LET ME ACCESS FOREIGN COUNTRIES,
BUT ONLY THE STATES OF USA, AND OF COURSE MY ZIP CODE IS WRONG AND THE WHOLE OPERATION IS NOT ACCEPTED;
IN ADDITION I AM WARNED THAT MY YAHOO ACCOUNT WILL BE CUT AND NON FUNCTIONAL IN 7 DAYS.
THIS EMAIL IS ALSO MY PROFESSIONAL EMAIL, SO I NEED IT REALLY!!!
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP ME
