Better mouse management on hover/activation on deleting emails.
Most people do not want to use the select boxes and then click delete. People want to hover their mouse over the delete button, read the email subject and click delete and repeat this action. This works great in Gmail but in your system, when you hover over delete and click (mail is deleted), the new mail row doesnt activate the delete icon and you have to move your mouse to another email record and then hover back over. Makes things very tedious when you are quickly cleaning up your mailbox

Slow Emails
Since migrating from Comcast, I noticed that emails are slow to get to my inbox. When a code is sent to my email, it expires by the time it gets there and is taking as long as an hour. How do I fix this as I'm not able to use my email to access other items. Thanks!

receive my emails from Lowes
Not receiving emails from Lowes (receipts). I don't have Yahoo plus so I haven't/can't block them but I haven't been receiving their email receipts for a couple years now.

The little blue bar to note your highlighted email is terrible. give an option to highlight the ENTIRE SELECTION.
When your rushing to delete unwanted emails you cannot do it with just scanning because it doesn't jump out.Also the delete under the mouse shifts positions and you have to shift your mouse as you do deletes and doesn't stay in one spot.

message window impossible to read
Hello, this new layout makes it impossible to read my messages on a desktop. Having the small window with the message covered up by a large box containing redundant sender information is beyond unnecessary. I much prefer the message opening as a full page, or if you insist on making the small side by side window an option, then at least make it something that can be turned off for those of us who just want to read our messages without frustration.

option to disable the text preview in subject line
Please offer the option to disable the text blurb in the subject line. It clutters up the Inbox, & shortens the sender's subject line, which could cause confusion, or even upsetness. Imagine a subject line, "grandma is dying to see your reaction to this!", but, with the shortened subject line & blurb, the receiver sees, "grandma is dying (and then, in lighter text) [name], Grandma is", and that's all. I do like that you're planning to make it easier to see, between read & unread, that was really difficult.

I can't create rules anymore. I like to make rules to move emails into folders. Where has this feature gone?

Blocking spam from inbox
There should be FREE telephone support for customers since when someone blocks email addresses, the emails continue to come through.

Run Filter Now for Emails
It would be really helpful if filters could be applied to emails already in the inbox, not just new ones. A “Run filter now” option or the ability to reapply filters to existing folders would save a lot of time when organizing older messages.

Super glichy... overlapping buttons making sending, filing, trashing completely inaccessible. Honestly very bad. WHAT HAPPENED... was excellent before.

Bulk Delete
when i do a search in email .. then click on the box to select all, the new checkbox does not appear as it does when in the inbox without searching to select and delete all..

Spam filtering needs great improvement
Please improve spam filtering. Many emails show to be from legitimate companies and show up in Primary, but are all a bunch of **** from random email addresses. Need to enhance spam filtered to weed out all this ****.

spam folder now hidden
Please include Spam as one of the choices along the top of the screen (in addition to All, Primary, Offers, Social and Newsletters. This is important because you are still putting some legitimate (primary) emails in a Spam category but you've basically hidden access to those emails. Because you occasionally mark some emails incorrectly as spam, and because it is so difficult to access those emails they are going unnoticed.... which is obviously not good. Actually I wish you would do away with Spam folder altogether (so I wouldn't have to worry about missing a legitimate email). Thanks for listening.

Duplicate attachments
It seems that all my old emails now have the attachments duplicated. For example if the original email had attachment X, attachment Y, and attachment Z it now still has those been then it also has a second copy of attachment X, attachment, Y and attachment Z. This has just seemed to start happening in the last few weeks and I do not understand why. I have had the free yahoo mail service for almost 20 years and recently noticed that yahoo mail is now putting storage limits on this account type and wanting those with large amounts of data…

When I move a sender to the offer section, I would like for all their emails, past and future to go into that section.
