Bug: Disabling AI Message Summaries toggle does not work (stuck on generic previews)
I turned off the "Message summaries" toggle in Settings, but my inbox won't revert to normal. It is stuck showing generic AI text like "Linkedin has sent you job alerts for..." instead of the actual company and role details.
I have already tried:
1, Turning the toggle on and off again.
Hard-refreshing the browser (Ctrl+F5).
Logging completely out and logging back in.
The UI says it is turned off, but the inbox is completely failing to update. Please fix this caching issue!

fix your disappearing email problem.
You now seem to force new unread emails into the unread folder. Waste of time get rid of it.
AND .... Once you read the email and x out of it it disappears. Apparently forever. I can't
find them.
They are not in Archive or Spam or Trash or any of my added folder.
Obviously another bug on this worthless email system.

No summary advertisements
Stop wasting space on my inbox page with advertisements for your summary feature. I turned it off because I do not want it to be turned on.

How can I open emails in a new tab?
I can not figure out how to switch back to Yahoo mail classic. I was already considering getting rid of my Yahoo mail with all the ads, and now it automatically switched to the new one that is even harder to track emails, and when I open one I have to start over from the top of my inbox when I go back (instead of just opening a new tab for the email I want). I tried "turning on tabs" but that didn't help, I tried contacting support, but it won't give me a link to contact anybody, this is…

Locking the "sort"
Please work on locking how the mail is sorted. If I want it sorted by sender, I want it to stay that way until I want to sort it differently. The sort should be OUR choice, not what Yahoo thinks it should be. Once we set it, it should stay sorted the way we want until WE want to change it. VERY frustrating when I have to keep changing it back to the way I want it!!!!

Allow users to place a "lock" on emails they want to keep from deleting
I'd like to see email users have an option to "lock in" an email so that they don't delete it by mistake (and not notice it until it's too late). It would be similar to the "*" option, with a specific action to take to ensure that really important emails aren't deleted. When the user wanted to move the email to a folder or even delete it, he or she would have to disengage the lock "button".

Sunday-Saturday Filter
Currently, all the emails are just one write after the other. I would love to see filters for various divisions, such as what day of the week the email came through. Seeing all the emails one write after the other is very overwhelming and difficult to go through. Perhaps have a filter to group emails by people/organizations. It helps me to know which day of the week an email comes through.

Yahoo Mail cannot send or receive emails
Yahoo Mail cannot send or receive emails. Incoming messages are rejected with SMTP error 552 5.2.2 “mailbox full”, although storage shows only 7.4 GB used and the app shows 7.43 GB of 1 TB with 99% available. I already reduced storage from about 10 GB to 7.4 GB and emptied Trash. Please investigate the mailbox quota/provisioning status on the server side.

Keep the older picture size option...larger or smaller...did you hide it somewhere?
The old version would let me use a smaller or larger picture...an option upper rt. corner of pic...

read/unread email color differential
When looking at the main list of emails it would be great if the lin/box of the read email could be a different color... like a gray background, or a color that could be set. I know the text is bold, but that is barely discernable. If the whole box was a different color it would make it easier to more quickly and easily differentiate between read and unread emails, for example when scanning back over the list to locate a read email that one needs to revisit to retrieve information from, respond to now that information has been gathered,…

Please return the date subdividers
I tested the new interface when you initially made it available to me and I went back because the date subdividers were gone. Now I don't have a choice and I really miss those. For people that receive a lot of email, those REALLY help. Please return them!

Text not showing up in some emails.
Some emails show up with no text visible in the body of the email. I know there is text there because when I hit forward or reply the text shows up. Just not when it is viewed in the inbox. This has happened with an email from a friend and an email I sent to a group that came to me as part of the group. The "permanent" information like my name which I set up to always show up is there but the new text I wrote didn't show up.

Hide "Upcoming" section
If I select "Hide All" under the "Upcoming" section, please allow it to remain hidden. Not default back to showing when the page is refreshed.
