All photos or attachments
Whoever forced this visual change is making me leave yahoo. I have ONLY used yahoo since my first ever email as a kid and now I've had enough. I liked the old email look and NEVER agreed to an update. There was once an option to go back and I did, however that was temporary and it eventually changed to the updated look. I want to be able to see all attachments and photos in my email and that is completely gone. Whoever proposed this change at yahoo is a ******* idiot. Humans are creatures of habit, sometimes we dont…

settings button not showing in new email version
Please add the settings button to my email account so that I can revert to the old email version where I can actually navigate through my emails.

move settings button to more intuitive location
The three dots button to access settings and such is in a non-intuitive place. I spent quite a while trying to find my settings and only clicked on that because it was the last place it could possibly be. It looks like it is just there at the bottom of the folders list to abbreviate the list of folders. Also, it doesn't look like a menu button. Use a word or a hamburger button, those are standard and everyone knows what they are. And for goodness sake! Use standard placement. Don't try to be clever. That's how you end up…

Bug: Mail subject lines are truncated prematurely
I think there is a bug in how message subject lines are truncated. Yahoo Mail switched to the new theme this morning and now some arbitrary subject lines are truncated prematurely. Also, there's a lot more gray text like in folder names which is harder to read.
Unfortunately I don't see a way to attach a screenshot of either of these issues. I uploaded a screenshot of the subject line issue to https://i.imgur.com/8AVNWYM.png
You can see in the first subject line it is truncated prematurely. It should say "Mister is missing" but instead it says "Mister is missi...". There are…

Did not see what I was looking for
Three things:
1) skips/jumps and jitters when scrolling - not smooth
2) sometimes returns to a different set of messages after reading the message, not the one you selected to read
3) sometimes jumps down two screens of messages when scrolling - very annoying -
new format

The new Type, Format, and presentation are so confusing to me, and the colorful icons on each message are extremely distracting! I feel lost, in my own inbox. WHY WAS THE OLD FORMAT CHANGED WITHOUT GIVING US A CHOICE?

Forced conversion
A week ago I was offered the choice to "convert" to the new desktop or to keep the original format. i CHOOSE not to convert and my choice was respected. Today I signed in and I have been auto-converted to the new format which I do not want and did not choose. I can't find a way to revert back to the original format. Stop copy/pasting google and realize why you have managed to retain some of your customers. Please assist me in changing the settings back to the original format, or I will indeed leave for good. Thanks.

uncollapse
When uncollapsing the Left Rail's expanded folders, there is no option to uncollapse the foldiers found under the ellipses (...), including Spam and Trash.
I want this functionality back, just as it was in Basic Mail.

Multiple Email Addresses - User Navigation
UPDATE: Now both my email addresses have switched to the new UI and I am still not able to navigate between the two accounts. I am very disappointed, this is an incredibly sloppy way to introduce your users to a new UI. This seems to be unfinished - you should have allowed your users to opt-in at will if they wanted to be a part of experimental, sloppy changes.
I have 2 Yahoo email addresses. One of them (without my permission) was switched over to the new Yahoo UI, which I do not approve of. I was able to switch…
