The "Drafts" icon no longer shows the number of active drafts
In the old version I was able to see how many drafts were currently in the Drafts folder.
This is no longer possible for some reason

Scrolling through mail is jumpy as it skips emails
Scrolling through email is impossible. I use the scroll wheel on my mouse to look through email as I use a pc. I can start at the top and after one or two short scrolls down it jumps down so I miss several hours of emails For example, my newest email came at 6:12pm today..After I get down to 4:20pm it jumps to mail received at 1pm without my even scrolling and when I go back up I see I missed 32 emails received. Move folders search box
You guys delete from the previous feature where when you move folders to another folder which doesn't need to scroll all the way down. Just using the dropdown search box and type to which folder to move.

Please restore the ability of users to customize the toolbar (or whatver it's called) on the left side.
In both Classic and Basic Yahoo email, users were able to customize the toolbar on the left. For instance, I used to be able to show my mailbox list at the top, which enabled me to instantly see which of my mailboxes had new email. I was also able to freely and easily move from one mailbox to another. Your new format doesn't appear to allow that.

Folders Browsing
When using the Yahoo Mail app on my phone (I have a Pixel 6 Pro), it would be very helpful to have the option to collapse and expand folders and subfolders while browsing.
Currently, when navigating through folders in the app, all folders and subfolders appear expanded by default. If you have many folders and nested subfolders, this makes the list very long and difficult to scroll through. As a result, finding a specific folder that is further down the list takes more time than necessary.
Adding the ability to collapse and expand folders would make navigation much more efficient…

Switching to different emails
In the Old Yahoo email there was a link on the upper right to switch to a different email, for example, between a businss email to a personal email. Why did you take that away. Now there is tremendous difficulty and lots of wasted time attempting to move back and forth.

Make it easier to select emails in list (clickable checkbox too small)
In my Yahoo Mail Plus inbox I frequently select several email to delete them or mark them as spam. However the box to select an email is rather small, so I frequently will go into the email detail screen. And when I go back all selections are gone, which is annoying, especially since it happens with alarming regularity.
Example: In my inbox email list I have already 10 emails selected and on the 11th email my mouse click slightly misses the checkbox, so the screen navigates to the email detail screen of that 11th email. When I go back to…

Restore multi-mark-as-Read functionality
The new Yahoo Mail for iOS no longer allows marking a selection of messages as read.
Originally, I could go to the "Unread" smart folder, select all the messages I wanted to mark as read, and select "Read" at the bottom to mark them as read.
A later update added an extra step, forcing a question "Are you sure?" before proceeding with the operation.
Now it directly made it impossible: Going to "Unread", I select a couple of messages, and press "Read" at the bottom, it directly does NOTHING. Other options, like "Delete" or "Archive" still work, but "Read" is…

Im "alten" Layout sind auf der linken Seite alle Ordner ( Posteingang, Entwürfe, Spam usw.) direkt übersichtlich sichtbar und sofort anklickbar angeordnet. Auch die selbst erstellten Ordner kann man übersichtlich sofort öffnen.
Das war "einfach, schnell, übersichtlich und super"! Das hat sich im neuen Layout aber leider zum starken Nachteil geändert. Jetzt hat man dazu mehr Aufwand, man muss suchen, mehrfaches anklicken und es ist unübersichtlicher und für den Benutzer einfach "schlecht" geworden! Man muss auch einiges an Funktionen erst umständlich im neuen Layout aufwändig suchen mit dem Eindruck das Ihr das bewusst versteckt habt um den Benutzer zu ärgern.…

Let the user close/shrink the menu
So I'm still getting used to the new look. And it's fine. My only advice is that can us users close/shrink the side menu like folders. I use the folders/filtered emails more often than other priotised folders. Like. sent, draft scheduled, tharsh, spam, archive. Or let us customize it. Which are more preferred or unused, so it can be placed on tzhe bottom or such.
I can collapse the folders, that is okay, but for me that's just the opposite, I would like to hide the others as I wrote earlier. I hope I explaned it correctly. Thank you57th ranked -

Layout ridimensionabile manualmente
La colonna per la navigazione nelle cartelle è troppo piccola e deve poter essere ridimensionata liberamente o chiusa dall'utente.
La colonna dei contatti e delle altre funzionalità note etc. deve poter essere ridimensionata liberamente dall'utente o chiusa all'occorrenza per dedicare più spazio alla lista dei messaggi.
In generale gli spazi devono poter essere ridimensionati, altrimenti creano problemi enormi di usabilità ed accesso alle informazioni ed alla manovrabilità dei contenuti.

Manage account button getting in the way
Hi, on the Yahoo (Singapore) homepage, when I move my mouse to access the mail button at the top right hand corner, my cursor sometimes moves over the 'manage account' button (the one on the right of the mail button), which triggers a pop up. This pop up only disappears when I move my cursor to the very left of the mail button where the icon of the envelope is.
