1. Scrolling through mail is jumpy as it skips emails

   Scrolling through email is impossible. I use the scroll wheel on my mouse to look through email as I use a pc. I can start at the top and after one or two short scrolls down it jumps down so I miss several hours of emails For example, my newest email came at 6:12pm today..After I get down to 4:20pm it jumps to mail received at 1pm without my even scrolling and when I go back up I see I missed 32 emails received. No matter how many times I go back to the top and try again it always happens. It's frustrating as I can't read what's in my inbox if it's going to keep skipping emails. This never occurred in the old format. Something is wrong. Maybe you make this version for phone and not for pcs? Then you need to offer two separate versions, one an app and the other a web based service like old mail.

2. Arrow to view subfolders of subfolders no longer visible

   When the left side of the screen is expanded to show folders, if a subfolder name is too long, the drop-down arrow to show the subfolders under that folder is no longer visible. This is a new issue. Previously, the folder name would be truncated so that the arrow was always visible. Now, I can't access the subfolders of a subfolder unless I close the left-hand column, click on the icon for Folders, and choose the subfolder's subfolders through the pop-up box. Please fix this ASAP so that the drop-down arrows to access subfolders are again always visible.

3. clicking outside the selector box of an email cancels all selected emails for deletion

   This drives me nuts. When i'm cleaning out emails, junk or otherwise, by selecting emails by clicking the box next to them, if i miss a box ALL the emails i've selected get de-selected. Then i have to go through it again. Huge pain. Please fix this.

4. Return to old yahoo mail

   I don't like the new layout and I don't like the categories. You make assumptions on what my priorities are. I can sort my own e-mails and move them to folders the way I want.

   The format and layout were better in the old version. At least you changed it so AI summaries can be disable because they was the biggest waste of development time and space.

5. Please make the select all checkbox always visible!

   The only way that the Select All checkbox appears for me is if I first select an email. Please just make it ALWAYS visible!

6. FIX YAHOO MAIL PLS

   Please just FIX yahoo mail! it is the worst on the market by far!
   As when an email chain is created and grows due to emails going back and forth. It just jumbles the emails top to bottom, it is a nightmare. Navigating an email chain is impossible.

   i don't want use yahoo mail but i have to.

   Look at outlook mail and do what they do.

7. Allow user to hide the tick box in front of each email

   Hi there, I noticed from the desktop mailbox now the tick box is showing at the beginning of each email. I couldn't find how to hide it and it is distractive while I am browsing my inbox. Can you please advise? The same issue happend to me last year and I received an email from Yahoo advising this change, and I replied that email and advised I wouldn like to be opted out of this change so it changed back. Now it happens again. Thank you very much!. It would be great if you can send me an email at fprikazsky@yahoo.com.au for the resolution.

8. when I'm Staring email, I want to be able to star it in the same column that I unstar

   in the main email page when I want to star an email I have to move to the right hand side to star and email, but the icon for the star is on the left of the description.

9. Bug:Emptying folder, progress bar can become stuck doing nothing

   Bug: Emptying trash overlay on main screen can become stuck and unable to do anything else IN THAT WEB PAGE,
   User action that exposes the problem:
   
   1. Select Trash folder,
   2. Empty trash (screen overlaid with Emptying Trash progress bar at top)
   3. Without waiting for it to finish (USER ERROR) Select SPAM folder
   4. Empty Spam ... wait for it to finish.
   5. Re-select Trash folder. Screen re-displays Empty Trash progress bar at top) but never finishes.
   
   6. NO MOVEMENT OF THE TRASH FOLDER DISPLAY. The Browser(Firefox 149.0.2 (64-bit) with GMail Web app reading/displaing YahooMail+). Display of YahooMail+ connection is frozen, although other pages in the browser may be manipulated as usual, including using Gmail app in other browser pages to read and manipulate Google Mail).
   
   7. Recovery: close the frozen YahooMail display page, then reconnect to YahooMail+.

   Possible factor: Trash folder typically has < 10 entries, while Spam Folder collects 30+ emails a day. So it's possible the trash folder has finished emptying while the Spam Folder is being emptied.

   Suspiscion: Your user interface code checks for non-zero messages in Trash and/or Spam folders when first selecting Empty Trash or Spam and won't start if the folder content count is zero, but if the user doesn't wait for background deletion in that folder and instead switches to another folder and then returns to the original folder AND that folder has been emptied IN THE BACKGROUND in the meantime, the re-display of the progress overlay FAILS to check for zero contents and redisplays the progress bar with nothing to do but no way to exit. At this point, this web page display is in what I call "Mumble Mode" and cannot be interrupted.

10. After selecting a folder from the Move drop down, keep that location for the next Move

    When an email is to be moved to a folder and you select a folder from the Move dropdown, the next time you want to do the same thing, the Move dropdown has returned to the top folder.

    Fix: Keep the top Dropdown folder showing the last one used. It used to work this way.

    If you reply to an email, that crates 2 emails for the one sent. To move them both into the same folder, you select file from the Inbox, select the Move dropdown, scroll to the folder and move the file. Then go to the Sent folder, select the file, and when you select the Move dropdown again, you have to scroll to find the folder. It used to have the last folder used at the top and was easy to move multiple files into that folder.

12. Recent folder list in move button

    It would be great to have the list of the 5 most recent folders on top when you press the move button to move an email to a different folder. Every time you need to do it, you need to locate the folder again and again. Thanks!
