  1. Forced conversion

A week ago I was offered the choice to "convert" to the new desktop or to keep the original format. i CHOOSE not to convert and my choice was respected. Today I signed in and I have been auto-converted to the new format which I do not want and did not choose. I can't find a way to revert back to the original format. Stop copy/pasting google and realize why you have managed to retain some of your customers. Please assist me in changing the settings back to the original format, or I will indeed leave for good. Thanks.

  2. uncollapse

When uncollapsing the Left Rail's expanded folders, there is no option to uncollapse the foldiers found under the ellipses (...), including Spam and Trash.

I want this functionality back, just as it was in Basic Mail.

UPDATE: Now both my email addresses have switched to the new UI and I am still not able to navigate between the two accounts. I am very disappointed, this is an incredibly sloppy way to introduce your users to a new UI. This seems to be unfinished - you should have allowed your users to opt-in at will if they wanted to be a part of experimental, sloppy changes.

I have 2 Yahoo email addresses. One of them (without my permission) was switched over to the new Yahoo UI, which I do not approve of. I was able to switch…
