Advanced Search -- keyword with other criteria is NOT AVAILABLE
per Yahoo Help Team -- "Regrettably, the 'Keyword' option is no longer available in the advanced search for the new Yahoo Mail. We apologize that our current articles were misleading regarding this feature. I can see how that'd be useful, though".
In New Yahoo Mail in the top search bar, click the Advanced Search icon. The search criteria of Keyword is NOT listed per Yahoo help screen. Hence I cannot do Search for multiple criteria per Yahoo help screen -- example ALONG with sender name, date range ++ Keyword as listed on Yahoo help page at

Alphabetizing emails for quick search
Allow us to put emails in alphabetical order. Then we can clear out multiple emails from the same sender quickly.
We encourage you to read at the top of the Uservoice header (forum). There we provide What’s New, Coming Soon and some Tips. There we mention how to disable Inbox Categories: All, Priority, etc. Definitely read those as we update them with useful information. Thanks.

Even though emails to to Spam - how can I block these people forever! I am tired of receiving these emails day after day and have to go through 2 steps to delete!
The best way to get rid of spam is to mark as spam, not delete or block! This helps with your spam filters and does exactly what blocking does, prevents that email from coming to your Inbox. So please keep marking as spam! It is free and part of regular Yahoo Mail. Thanks!

where is the feature in the advance search to search in the body of the email
with this new update we lost the ability to search in the body of the emails
i need this functionality for retrieving information to feed an international criminal case that spans over 7 years
search is the title in not enough
i used to search with boolean operator where any keyword could appear

Email Search doesn't work for email older than approximately 9 years
Email Search doesn't work for email older than approximately 9 years - this has been a persistent problem that last for a long time, I'm just flagging it now as I was hoping it would be fixed with the new UI. It just doesn't work. For example, I can see email from "Kaggle" if I manually scroll to 2016 of before hand. If I search Kaggle onyl email up to October 2017 are shown though.

blackmailing users
I think that it is horrible that you are blackmailing loyal users to suddenly have to buy storage space because you decided to cut your storage limit from 1tb to 2gb a drop of 98% I have used yahoo mail for over 20 years and I have 68gb in my account there is no way I can magically remove over 66gb. I can see if you do that policy going forward but forcing loyal customers to do mass deletions or stop receiving mail is pretty much just extortion!!

Spam detection
The spam detection agent is totally unintelligent. It keeps sending to the spam folder messages repeatedly marked as not spam. And provided the spam folder is hidden and there is no indication of the number of messages in the folder, the user has to go every single day to look for the folder and find if there are messages marked as spam. This is ridiculous for a paid email app. If this issue is not quickly fixed I'llI go back to a free and much more intelligent gmail account.
