WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  1. auto sending email without clicking on send button

    writing email is so terrible, it is almost impossible to write email as it scroll automatically and send automatically unfinished emails.

    I have Yahoo email for 20+ years and now you want me to pay to forward an email?! Are you f'ing kidding me. Do you want to lose all your email subscribers? Why on earth would you make such a dumb move.

  4. bookmark bar is blocking function keys at top of screen

    View of Function tabs at top of email when forwarding or creating new email are blooked or partially hidden by Yahoo bookmarks bar. IF I CAN"T SEE THE TABS LIKE FORWARD OR SEND -- how do you expent me to be able of use them. PLEASE RETURN TO PLAIN SIMPLE Home page with big clear function tabs at top of screen, REPLY, REPLY -ALL, FORWARD, DELETE. If Yahoo wants to keep customer keep the home page simple, plain. I want to return to the old home page. This new one is a disaster - too much work - time intensive…

    Your thread for e-mails sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You get threads for several e-mails at once, stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Dynamic Messages

    These instructions do not work. I am trying to remove the Dynamic messages. I have toggled OFF the dynamic messages in settings, however, they are still showing in all my emails. These are the instructions I followed:

    To opt-out:

    Click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon. | select More Settings.
    Click Viewing email.
    Toggle Dynamic message on or off.
    Click Save.
