Hi Yahoo mail team,
I’m requesting the multi-tab feature for Yahoo mail for browser.Please restore and bring back the multi-tab feature to Yahoo Mail for browsers.
It is a vital tool for productivity, and bringing it back would significantly enhance the user experience.
Thank you for your help.We do already have it...
Just go to your Settings under "More" in the left hand navigation. Then click on Appearance > Toggle on Multi-tasking tabs.

Notification Prompt Irritant
Stop the "notification" popup! It appears several times a day when I'm checking mail. Checking "Maybe Later" doesn't cut it. I already get a notification on my phone, I DO NOT NEED A DESKTOP EMAIL NOTIFICATION!!! What an annoyance!

Remove the 'streak' notifications
The 'streak' notifications are unnecessary, unhelpful and annoying
Hi Ceri, yes, you can disable the streak notifications. We totally understand not everyone would want this! Just go to the three dots (...) in the left hand column > Your Streak. From there you can disable this feature. Thanks!

What's with all of the popups telling me what a great job I'm doing reading my freaking email? Please stop
Yes, we launched a fun way to reward our users for reading and organizing your emails, but you do not have to participate (not forced). You can disable Streaks by going to the three dots "..." in the left hand navigation and then Your Streaks. Hope this helps!

By getting all the mail we blocked before. We block emails and then we get even more spam emails than we had before
Be able to delete or block these emails permanently instead of blocking them and them next time we log in we have even more spam than we did before we blocked them. I blocked 14 on my mail list and 10 on my spam list. Today I have 29 spam and 25 on my mail list...........
The best way to get rid of spam is to mark as spam, not delete or block! This helps with your spam filters and does exactly what blocking does, prevents that email from coming to your Inbox. So please keep marking as spam! It is free and part of regular Yahoo Mail. Thanks!

There is an error to sent out email
There is an error message to send out email as well as I unable to receive any email since 13/8/2026.
Kindly ratify it soonest.Hi Catherine, thanks for the feedback. Have you checked your Storage limits? We did launch new Storage guidelines. If you are over the storage number, you won't be able to send or receive emails.

Sender Emails
We need to be able to see the sender's email address to verify SPAM . I had two emails this morning that I did not recognize & they had downloads. If the address had been there, I could have seen the wonky address & known that it was SPAM. I NEED TO SEE THE SENDER'S EMAIL ADDRESS!
Hi Janet, you can do this, just like the old version. Looking at your Inbox, if you hover with your mouse over the sender's name, the email address will show in a small floating bar...
Same if you open the email. Just hover with your mouse over the sender's name.

Return the old interface - at least the PHOTOS option
I hate the new interface. Where is the"Photos" option so I can quickly see all photo attachments?
Hi there, yes it's a little different on how to do this, but you can still search by emails with photos. Looking at your Inbox, go to your Search box at the very top. You'll see the advanced search icon to the right. From there you can choose Photos and it will search only emails with Photos. Thanks!

Unable to update credit card
I was subscribed for yahoo mail plus. My credit card expired. I am unable to update my credit card details.

Unable to download Notepad backup. Getting error Will be Right back.Engineer are working, then from where do we get back our data from. Our family most of them use yahoo account. Hi Ray, we recommend checking your Storage numbers. If you are over the storage threshold, you won't be able to send or receive emails. You can check by going to your Settings > Manage Storage. Thanks!

Archive Folder
Just wanted to let you know that the Archive folder is missing
Hi Rebecca, the archive folder shouldn't be missing. We are seeing it just fine. Looking at your Inbox, you can see Archive in the left hand column, under the Trash and Spam folder.

Stop the Rentless SPAM. You are allowing it purposely and we know it..
Stop the relentless SPAM 24/7. I get 20+ SPAM emails a day as I'm sure other users get as well and I get NONE with my Gmail account?? It is obvious that your SPAM filters are worthless and likely you are behind most of them. It is obvious that your instructions to help stop them are absolutely worthless and your filter system doesn't work at all. Your Spam filters do NOT learn anything it's all eyewash to pacify your users. You need to fix your SPAM filters like Gmail so we get no more SPAM. Enough is ENOUGH
Please make sure you are marking these emails as spam instead of just deleting. Also, if they are newsletters please make sure you unsubscribe from these. We will also share this with our anti-spam team. Thank you!

Why can't I delete groups of emails to the trash?
This is NOT a new idea. In fact, this is about not being able to select groups of emails and send them to the trash - something I USED TO BE ABLE TO DO. What 's going on?????
You can do this... just click on a checkbox and a new checkbox will appear at the very top. From there you can bulk delete or select all and then send them to the Trash folder.

Disable the "Upcoming" display
I have AI features turned off, don't show this "Upcoming" box at the top of my inbox message list!

Remove AI reading my emails
I should not have to select the button to remove AI from reading my emails every day. One time should work.
Yes, you can disable AI Features by going to your Settings and then clicking on AI Features. If you're toggle off the setting and they keep coming back, this is a bug. And we'll need to investigate this bug. Thanks!

When I open an email (which comes up on a separate page, I am unable to reply to that email. Why? What am I doing wrong?

Ability to sort alphabetically
Have a drop-down box to sort inbox alphabetically
You can certainly sort by sender, which will sort the inbox alphabetically. You can see this option and other sorting options by disabling Conversation view from your Settings. Thanks!
