WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  1. Allow me to manage my Emails...

    I use my cbstevek@yahoo.com mail as my primary Email. I also use cbstevek@hotmail.com as my junk Email. I generally will set up a new account to send to hotmail.com and then for ones that are important, I forward them to myself at yahoo where I have extensive rules and folders.

    I recently made a change to move my hotmail.com application out of my regular Email client and look at it either online or in the app. This seems to be working, except for the following problem (which pretty much breaks everything about what I want to do).

  2. Correct Fault With Incoming Links

    On incoming emails I'm finding some of the links not live. It seems like the markdown syntax is being removed/altered so links are not live. I have tried other types of email account (to make sure the error isn't in the originating end) and the links always arrive fully functioning. They are only failing when sent to Yahoo accounts.

  4. Please see my message

    You took away a tool that worked for me and I now have a provided that is frustrating and almost useless to me. I tried your phone numbers but of course that was also a trick, nothing more than a robot. Sadly I need a REAL person to help so if possible please reply with an appropriate number.

  5. Replying to a message requires Send button to be pressed twice

    When replying to a message, the Reply button needs to be pressed twice for the message to be sent. The first press on the button returns the message textbox to the top of the message. The second press sends the message. This is on a latest Firefox, macos.

  6. forwarding emails

    Forwarding mail does not forward attachments and other data(pics, etc.) Poor job on that lates t"improvement"!

  7. Please enable free mail forwarding

    Please enable free mail forwarding like we used to have.

    I'm not going to pay to send Yahoo mails to another email provider. You can keep all of my old data and harvest that for money. 25 years of emails should be worth something.

    I see 2 unread on my tab...but nothing in the Inbox or Unread. Unacceptable. Happened many times since the new version.

  9. Problem

    We have a problem with yahoo mail. When we go to "reply" e-mail is sent before we finish. The same happens when we attach document. We keep sending to people half-finished e-mails. Yesterday receiver did not even receive our e-mails. Please ADVISE!
