WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  1. Deleted messages

    I needed to search emails that have been deleted longer than 7 days ago. It annoying that you guys have decided to clear out the trash boxes for people when you dont know if something is needed from them. Not everything has to be starred to be saved, I needed to find a subject title and now I cant because its gone. You guys are making to many unnecessary changes.

  2. Blocking

    Blocking not working, keep getting the same virus loaded **** about my cloud being full, I'd like to rain on their ****. Please fix the block so it actually blocks them.

  4. Cant Delete w/in SOCIAL

    Seems that there is NOT a SQUARE to select for ALL when looking w/in the SOCIAL TAB at the top...
    mustve been an oversight....
    needed to delete them.

  5. deleted files

    all info in all folders are delated when I emptied the trash folder. Can I recover the folder contents?

  6. Block Sender in Spam Folder as Bulk Group.

    Old version I was able in spam folder block sender as bulk deletion. New email the ability to block sender does not exist with the new email version. What happened? really like that feature.

  7. My emails that have disappeard

    What happened to my emails I had not deleted during February 8, 2024 and April 1, 20245? Evidently your staff
    deleted them - why?

    I want them back.

    I will bet I will get no response to this

  8. Unable to Select All and clear out the spam box

    You keeping making changes to Yahoo. Please stop!!!j You're making it more difficult to use, less user friendly. Two days ago I was able to "select all" to delete and clear out all the Spam. Now I'm unable to. That function has disappeared.
