WHAT'S NEW:
Calendar - We moved it from under "More" on the right hand side to it's own icon. Still on the right hand side, but it's now the first icon next to Starred and Contacts.

TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  1. Keyboard Shortcuts

    Allow pressing delete key to delete checked emails. This is always how I used to delete emails before. I know it's not a huge deal to have to click the trash icon, but I can work faster on my keyboard and this shortcut was nice.

    Create an option for users to delete all UNREAD messages with date selection, ie delete all "unread message prior to 1/1/26"

  3. Bulk identify and delete subscriptions!!!

    Could you please create a way to identify and delete subscriptions. It's SO tedious doing it manually. Huge annoyance.

  5. Delete box at top.

    The delete box doesn't stay at the top of my inbox when I start to click all the messages I want to delete, with the result I have to delete each email separately. This never used to be a problem in the past. I use Mac Golden Gate 27.0

  6. Please disable automatic EXPUNGE on IMAP download

    Your IMAP server's automatic EXPUNGE feature confuses fetchmail, a program used to download e-mails under Linux.

    More information can be found on this issue report on GitLab: https://gitlab.com/fetchmail/fetchmail/-/work_items/91

    Please disable automatic EXPUNGE's, because they let fetchmail just die after downloading one message. If 10 messages are waiting, then fetchmail has to be re-run 10 times.

  7. Please stop deleting my emails.

    Please stop deleting my emails. If you delete my emails I can't use the account for anything other than junk / spam.

  8. Malware / ad's with no way to delete from inbox

    I have received TOO MANY Trojans' attacks that lock up my device by clicking an inbox ad. ( Your system is now locked...you must call...etc) The ONLY way I have been able to escape them is to empty the entire inbox in one full action. PLEASE HELP

  9. email delete - bug fix

    There is a bug in the current release where the feature icons disappear from the Inbox header when the delete checkbox is selected - it happens when a random number of emails are selected on the All tab for deletion - the page then freezes, requiring a restart of the Email box

    FYI Browser Version MS Edge 153.0.4234.32 (Official build) (64-bit)

  10. Disable or MOVE delete confirmation

    When configured to auto advance to next unread mail in list layout, the delete confirmation covers the toolbar, forcing the user to dismiss it before being able to delete the now current email. This is excruciatingly painful when trying to power through a bunch of mail.

  11. Protect Starred/Tagged Emails from "Select All" Deletion

    The 'Select All' feature is fantastic for quickly clearing junk. However, when 'Select All' is used, it includes emails that I have already marked as Starred (or otherwise "tagged important").

    My suggestion is that the system should be designed to automatically exclude any emails that are Starred/Tagged Important when the user selects 'Select All' for deletion. This would prevent accidentally deleting priority messages while mass-clearing the inbox.

    In short: Starred/Important emails should be protected from the 'Select All' function for deletion.

  12. Function for removing emails is not working

    The function for deleting all unread messages does NOT remove more than 100 even when I mark Remove all.
    Please sort this out before askinfg your customer to pay for storage.

  13. Delete By Sender

    Yahoo really needs a "sweep" function. I am sure I don't need to describe it, but it allows you to select one or more emails and "sweep" them to a folder, or delete. It removes all emails in the inbox from those specific senders and places them where you select instead of having to do it one by one or clicking beside each email. It makes cleaning an inbox more efficient and is a feature that has been around for a long time. It makes no sense that yahoo mail doesn't have this. Having to delete emails one at a…
