    Switch my email back to basic, or provide a button so I can. The same request I have made nearly every single day since AUGUST 20 !! Why can't you get that through your heads ?? I'm trying really not to unleash a storm of vulgar language here, but you're not making it easy !! After all, if I offend someone's sensitive feelings, my request might be ignored. WHAT ABOUT MY FEELINGS ?!?!?!?!

  2. New Yahoo email UI

    Allow the width of the left side panel to be adjusted by the user. Currently, the space is too narrow to show the filename.
    Allow the width of the right side panel to be adjusted by the user. For me, it's a wasted space.

    I almost wish this email was a paid subscription because I would be every bit as prompt in paying my bill as you are with this so-called "customer service". I have bi -- ... complained about this ... trashy look every single day since you changed it. I have tried to be polite, courteous, even respectful. Nothing changes. I have even lost my temper. Nothing. What does it take to get through to you ?? (I won't say what I'm thinking -- it would probably get censored, anyway.)

  4. why is it all white?

    the new all white layout is awful and a bad visual experience. i can only seems to change to light or dark. how can it have some colour, so that it is more distinguishable?

  13. Fix the problem where you cannot close tabs. The X doesn't always appear

    The 'X' is not showing on my tabs when I hover with my mouse. Sometimes it does, but it is not now. It is not consistent.

  20. Put correct information on the mail site

    Geez. Everywhere I search for instructions on how to change my email signature, it tells me to click the gear icon in the TOP RIGHT of my page. No, that "gear" is for Mozilla. Not for Yahoo Mail. I hate the new Mail because it has so many freaking glitches!! After lots and lots of searching, I found the Settings gear inside the three dots at the bottom of the LEFT side of the page. This is insane!!!

    This new Yahoo mail is terrible! I'll click on a mail message, and I'll accidentally hit "unsubscribe" because it pops up without…
