  1. Revert to previous design

    This new update is not user-friendly at all. I don’t understand how you can make an update and TAKE AWAY all the good things. If this update stays I will absolutely be forced to open accounts elsewhere. ‘If it ain’t broke don’t fix it’.

  2. Change back to full screen mode!!!!!!!!

    The new version is useless on tablets. The inbox view is to small to view the subject of the message. The messages are to small to view fine print on messages. Deleting messages in one of the custom views does not remove it from the ALl view. Worse upgrade ever!

    Ever since Yahoo mail was updated, I have been unable to open pdf files

  4. Deleting emails

    Why have my emails changed, I used to tick the box at the top of them and they would all delete now I have to tick each one and also I am getting adds I never got before

  6. Feedback on app update

    Everything about the updated iPhone app is worse than it was before.
    Previously when reading an email you could swipe from the left of the screen to exit the email, which no longer works.
    If you zoom in on an email, the whole page zooms in including the menus around the email and you can’t zoom back out again.
    Previously when reading an email you could swipe left/right to look at the next/previous email, which no longer works.
    The previous version was fine - why replace it with this one that is worse?
    Hopefully you get enough feedback like this…

    I can't scroll to bottom of my sent emails. I'd like to. There are long pauses every 20 or so messages

  9. User interface

    The user interface on this app is horrible, it must have changed due to an update that happened at least a month ago now (iOS version). It looks like the general iPhone mail client now and is sooo unhelpful when trying to look for important emails. Not to mention bulk deleting is gone. I also am no longer seeing the feature where there were notifications at the top of the app when I had a package on the way, and I see no way to turn this feature back on! I’m not sure if there’s a bug but this app…

  10. Buggy iOS app

    The Yahoo Mail app for iOS has been buggy since the update. I can only login to one account and the app is not as responsive as before this new look. Please look into it team. Thank you for reading

  11. Message management option in the middle of screen

    The options to delete, move etc is now in the middle of the screen, basically blocking the message, this is extremely annoying.
    Please put it back to the bottom of the screen so we can actually view our messages clearly.
