The company snappedbuy.net, which advertises on your homepage, is using false advertising. It started out offering free shipping on two pairs of its photochromic glasses, they change from light to dark if you're in the sun. Not a big deal. Sent them an email, they said they would reimburse me when I got the glasses. When they arrived, in a plastic grey bag with no protection, I saw that they were not photochromic at all. That was the whole reason I ordered them in the first place. This was almost a fifty dollar order. after a few emails they said I should keep them since shipping them back would cost a lot, and offered me 5 dollars back. That is less than the "free shipping" I should have been refunded anyway. Long story short, I asked them to pay return shipping, like their own refund policy states, they said no. now I'm out fifty dollars, and stuck with two pairs of sunglasses that I could have bought and the gas station for 5.99 each. Please remove these ads from yahoo, or ban them, or something. Please teach these people that you can't treat your customers like this. If you would like to see the entire conversation I saved all the emails so you could get a better understanding of what went down. thank you.
