    On Aug 6,2020, you published this article, "As the coronavirus rages in prisons, ethical issues of crime and punishment become more compelling" The Conversation by Austin Sarat. This article included an UNDATED photo of prisoners housed in the gym due to over crowding at Mule Creek State Prison. I pray that the photo does not depict current conditions because right now I have a relative who is incarcerated there and he tells me that the prison is housing prisoners who are infected with covid-19 in that same gym. It is exceedingly cruel to family members of prisoners at Mule Creek prison to publish this photo without a date attached.
