I agree with you about the tone of some of the comments but you should not read them if it disturbs your sensibilities or better still, contribute yourself to point out the gross misconceptions, lies and fake news that some contributors exhibit.

Well that maybe because most pro Brexiteers are easily led by the nose and believe the propaganda they were fed by Cummings.Articles pointing out in a reasoned, sensible and logical way exactly why the majority of those who cast their votes were wrong make for uncomfortable reading I would imagine, hence your ire.I have yet to meet a Brexiteers who can put forward a sensible logical argument as to why Brexit is a good idea. Believe me it all goes downhill from here!
