There needs to be an option for 2-week playoff matchups. Managers work hard to make the playoffs, and single week matchups late in the season when teams are resting many all-star players (to prepare for actual playoffs) are not representative of a fantasy team's strength.
ESPN certainly has the functionality. They allow leagues to start playoffs earlier (ie. well before the time of the year when CHI starts resting some big name players for playoffs), such as week 18.
TLDR: Single week playoff format at the end of the season in H2H leagues doesn't reward managers who have built the best teams, it rewards the managers who own hot players on weaker teams trying to finish strong for contracts in the offseason!
C'mon Yahoo Engineering group! This is a very basic drop-down function for users and is something that significantly improves the functionality for commissioners and managers alike. We need this for this season or else we will be forced to go back to ESPN next year.
