    Wins and Quality Starts are are not a good indicator of a SP performance. Wins are impacted by the team and Quality starts can be a product of having more starts than your opponent.
    Looking for a ratio that supports quality for SP than quantity or team performance. Take number of quality starts in a week and divide it by total number of games started. So someone with 7 QS over 10 GS (70%), is better than someone with 8 QS over 20 GS (40%) within a week or season.
