    I have forgotten my e-mail password and when I try to reset it you ask for the same e-mail and password that I've forgotten. If Don't remember my password, how can I tell you want it is so that I can reset it? If I could remember what it was then I wouldn't have to reset it, would I? Why can't you accept another e-mail address that I can access for you to send a new password to?
