    I am old handicapped and baffled I have no mobile device. I can't make much sense out of your help answers, I need to talk to a live person. I was able to do a lot of things on the computer but now I am floundering and need help. My phone is landline only I'm no sure what an app is. I'm not stupid but I sure feel like it with all the new changes. Please help me. Sally Hauswirth 760-438-4347l.
