Good Morning,
On June 08, 2017, I received two (2) email from Yahoo informing me:
1. that there a a successful attempt to access my Yahoo account from an unrecognized device in Nigeria
2. my alternate address, karleenedwin@hotmail.com, had been removed from my account.
I immediately changed my password, but had not received any emails on this account since changing my password. Upon investigation this morning, i found that my emails had been forwarded to an account, karleenedwin@outlook.com. i have since deleted this address, but still have not been able to receive any emails on this account.
This change was not made by me and i would be grateful if this could be investigated and the appropriate action be take to allow me to once again receive emails on this account.
