    This is not only Australia but North America as well. Yahoo does not listen and this is purely a venting process sorta like the "we apologize..." which is spin language for "ya so...?" ******* up a rope. comes to mind when I wish Yahoo could do more than say "it's the system", I'm just the frontline folks, but I will hang up on you if your language is upsetting!! Good luck!
