Yahoo News leaves some of those comments but removes solutions-focused and engaging ones. For example, Yahoo News has left, "David: Because she's losing her looks and her star is fading," degrading of another persin. However, Yahoo News has removed, ""Losing her looks, star fading?" This sounds degrading of another persin and community negative. Can you offer a positive and uplifting response?"
This has occurred often; it seems sophomoric, not aligned with the essence of your community rules. Who do you hire to do comment management? Perhaps, hiring those with advanced cognitive skills (impulse control, emotion management) would better exemplify this essence leading to increased civility.
