  1. Every time I try to sign on a name and password shows in the sign on space that is not my name or password. How do I get rid of it.

    Also it does not like my password and every time I sign on it wants me to change it. Then after rejecting it wants a cell phone. Do not have a cell phone, only a land line, and will not take that number.
