Yahoo is using Verizon ad services, or so the 'why this ad' shows, and no one at yahoo is bothering to check, giving a blank check to liverly company or some middle man ad agency which also doesn't check what is going to the user screen.
A history of 'rotating ads' where an offending ad can't even be displayed by Yahoo Corporate due to 'targeted marketing' logic in the ad software (ie, US only, but not Illiniois' for example) was a thorn in my side since Yahoo was a blind partner is distributing the FireFox malware bug years ago. They never did track that down, and the 'ads at random, 6 per page, which change after 30 seconds' was untraceable.
