   Bad decision - I've been running Fantasy baseball for a number of years on Yahoo! and the message board is very useful in terms of communication between the commish's and new updates.
   We do voting on any changes pre-season and teams will post when players are available, and can have replies etc.
   Doing this over email is going backwards IMO if this is the only way to communicate to teams.
