    A lot of my contacts have received phishing emails because this could not be quickly resolved.

  2. Yahoo has not responded to my requests for help today after my email was hijacked. Make it easier to get help.

    When I reported the hack, I was given an incident ID#-14150398 and told I would receive an email shortly. This email never came. This may be because whoever hacked me still has control. I've noticed a number of emails I did not send now in my "deleted" file. Bottom line--I'm getting nowhere in resolving this issue. I tried to change my password earlier today, but to get into Yahoo this time required the old password, and the alternate email shown that I submitted is not what I thought I submitted. So is it any wonder that I am hesitant to provide a credit card number to get to talk to someone to get help?
