  1. why can't i add a new celfone nmbr? i keep specifying "Philippines" but yahoo system keeps making the country code "1" for USA

    Philippine law dictates all celfone numbers in use must be registered. I have registered a new number. Hence i need to change what i have written here in yahoo. But your yahoo system won't accept. By default, country code is "1" for USA despite my specification of "Philippines"
