Hello. The new Fantasy Hockey feature mentioned from "10/4/23, we added the option for Commissioners to award position eligibility" does not seem to be working yet, per our league commissioner. Was there an issue / bug with the rollout of this feature? If so, was this announced anywhere that there was an issue? The "Custom Position Eligibility" link / button, under the "Rosters & Scoring" tab cannot be located in the screen.
There are obviously a large number of position eligibility changes being requested by Fantasy Hockey users, and this is an important feature for users to manage their rosters and leagues.
What is Yahoo suggesting as a temporary solution to this while we wait for the Self-Assign feature to be rolled out correctly? Is there another support channel, with additional resources that can be added in the meantime, to field and action these requests?
