  1. I lost years of sent emails in my Send email box. How can I get them recovered? It is very frustrating as it is so difficult to find suppor.

    I noticed that I am missing almost four years worth of emails in my Sent box from 9/30/2019 to 29/06/2023, and more than 12 years of it before January 2012. I haven't deleted any emails. I've been trying to get help for the past two days but apart from unhelpful chatbots and paid support services offered, I can't seem to find a way to get help for my issue. The only thing that I can do is to submit a restore email request, which only seem to recover accidentally deleted emails within 7 days. I How can I get help to recover these emails? Why is it so difficult to get support when you need it?
