    b lack cohosh is a natural hormone balancer. Been taking it for 20 years. I am 70 years old. Deals with hot flashes, night sweat, and mood swings. My Husband calls them my happy pills lol All natural ground up b lack cohosh root in a gel capsule, or a tincture. My daughter and granddaughter also take them. It is also good for monthly's How is this uncivil. I did use the word Black, because that is what it called Black Cohosh
