I've had comments that are 100% within Community Guidelines get deleted. They need to check their moderators and tweak their algorithm that looks for trigger words.

I have had multiple comments deleted or rejected stating Community Guidelines. When in actuality, there is nothing in them that goes against the Community Guidelines. It contains, factual evidence, documented history, empirical data that can be tested. I can provide you with not only examples of one such comment. I can also provide you with peer reviewed data and cited historical references to back up every thing I said in the comment. Yet, comments containing actual Hate Speech, Racist or Phobic rhetoric, and Threats are still being accepted as being compliant with your T&S and Community Guidelines. Suppressing comments that actually fall in line with your Community Guidelines becomes a Constitutional infringement because you have opened your platform up as a public forum. Even though you have to register or sign up for an account to comment, it is still open to the public to discuss topics of the articles that are posted. You might what to talk to your moderators and tweak the code of your algorithms searching for trigger words that flag comments. However, please let me know if you want me to send the comments that are getting removed, with any and all corroborating evidence to back them up as well as how they are in line with the standards Yahoo has set upon for its' users.
