What don't you understand that a clean interface with out the added junk icons is what made Yahoo mail great. If you had the sense to include all the time saving idiosyncrasies that was incorporated in classic in the new version then you would not have people leaving Yahoo mail. Instead of improving Yahoo mail, it was dumbed down by your team. Disappointing.

OK Yahoo team:
Are you going to respond favorable to these requests ? Or are you still ignoring your users with this:
*Those asking about going back to the old version. Unfortunately, if you do not see the "Go Back" button you cannot to back. We really hope you'll try the new experience! Thanks! How about an answer!

Now that this thread is ranking second, soon to be first, will you start to listen? Allow both versions!
Especially for the paying yahoomail+ subscribers. An error occurred while saving the comment Larry Urbanski commented
I just dropped Rob Gelick a note via Linkedin. I hope others will do the same.

Rob Gelick is the General Manager of Yahoo Mail. Jim Lanzone is the CEO of Yahoo! Inc., the company that operates Yahoo Mail. I'd like to hear from these guys why the change, without regard to the subscribers who use yahoo mail. How do we contact these guys directly. Undoubtedly we are dealing here with employees who have some ulterior motive to change over to this new layout.

Just plain ridiculous you do not listen to your users.

What is wrong with you guys? Offer both versions to Yahoo + accounts so we don't have to leave for another email program. We have more than one account. One has the button where we can revert back to classic. Another account will NOT let us revert to classic. Listen to your users. You are forcing a sub par program on us.

I never use it, and its in the way. Need an option to remove or minimize.

I do not need, or want the right side panel. It wastes space, it is in my way. For those who do not use it allow it to be removed. For a PC user like me it is useless.

We have 2 accounts and the new Yahoo mail is a space waster. I use this for business. I need a clean look. no spaces between lines. no colored icons. The old version is clean and efficient. I find the New yahoo mail a disaster. If anything allow the option for either look. On one of our computers only the new has loaded and we cannot change back. Honestly, this is a paid subscription so the old version should be an option. Don't force a poorly thought out interface on Yahoo mail+ subscribers.

If you are stuck with the new Yahoo mail go to Settings...Go back to old email...is there! Click on it to go back.
