    Hello Yahoo Support,

I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo Mail account related to the IMAP folder structure.

For more than 10 years, my spam folder worked normally as the standard Bulk/Spam folder.

A few days ago, I accidentally deleted the Bulk folder from Mozilla Thunderbird. Since then, the IMAP folder structure appears to be corrupted.

    Here is what happens:

The spam folder is now shown by Thunderbird as Trash/Bulk_old (previously Trash/Bulk after I renamed it for testing).
All incoming spam messages are delivered to Bulk_old.
Thunderbird automatically creates a new "Junk" folder, but it always remains empty.
If I delete the Bulk_old folder, it reappears after synchronization.
If I rename the folder, the new name is synchronized through IMAP.
I have completely removed and reinstalled Thunderbird, created a brand-new Thunderbird profile, and added the Yahoo account again. The problem remains.
I tested on two different computers with clean Thunderbird installations, and both now show the same behavior.
On my mobile phone, Yahoo Mail still shows the normal Spam folder.

This strongly suggests that the IMAP folder mapping for my Yahoo account may have become corrupted after the accidental deletion of the Bulk folder.

Could you please check the IMAP folder configuration on your server and restore the default Spam/Bulk folder mapping for my account?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Martin
