    Dear Yahoo Customer Support,

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the new version of Yahoo Mail.

The previous Yahoo Mail interface was straightforward, familiar and easy to use. The new version, however, is in my opinion a significant step backwards. I find the new design much less intuitive, more complicated to navigate and generally unpleasant to use.

I understand that services need to evolve, but changing the interface so significantly without giving users a meaningful option to retain the previous experience is extremely frustrating.

I have been using Yahoo Mail for a long time, but this latest change is making me seriously consider moving my email to Google/Gmail instead. I would prefer to remain with Yahoo, but the current version is making that increasingly difficult.

I would therefore ask Yahoo to:

Consider the substantial negative feedback from users regarding the new interface.
Provide an option to return to the previous Yahoo Mail experience, or at least provide a "classic" interface option.
Improve the usability and simplicity of the new version.
Give users more control over the interface they use.

Please do not treat this simply as a general complaint about change. The problem is the usability of the new version and the fact that users appear to have little or no choice regarding the interface.

I would appreciate it if this feedback could be passed to the team responsible for Yahoo Mail.

If the new interface remains unchanged, I will seriously consider switching my primary email service to Gmail.

    Kind regards,
    Daniel
