    I believe Yahoo Fantasy should allow all players designated as CEL (Commissioner's Exempt List) to be eligible for placement in an IR roster spot.

    Currently, managers are forced to either keep a CEL-designated player on an active bench spot or drop the player entirely. Because there is often no clear timeline for how long a player will remain on the Commissioner's Exempt List, managers have very little information on which to base that decision.

    Allowing CEL players to be moved to an IR slot would not create an unfair competitive advantage. Instead, it would provide managers with a reasonable roster-management option while preserving roster integrity and league competitiveness.

    This change would improve the fantasy experience by reducing uncertainty and preventing managers from having to sacrifice valuable bench space for circumstances that are outside of their control.
