    Please add commissioner-selectable IR eligibility for Fantasy Football. In particular, allow private leagues to restrict IR slots to players officially on NFL IR/PUP/NFI lists and exclude players merely designated OUT. Many leagues use this rule and currently have to enforce it manually. Thank you
