Looks like it is done. They switch me over to the new "My Yahoo" with no way to go back to old one. This really sucks. I've started looking for a replacement. Anyone found something that is as flexible and easy to use as the old My Yahoo?
This is so disappointing. I have been a loyal My Yahoo user for probably more that 20 years. Maybe these kind of homepages are going out of style. Maybe there aren't enough My Yahoo users to justify their continued support of it. That's why I suggest having the user community help with support. A pipe dream I guess. Oh well. The end of an era. Good bye Yahoo.

This is not a new My Yahoo. You are discontinuing My Yahoo, that is plain to see. You are replacing it with a generic news page. What I want to know is why? I have been using My Yahoo as a home page for so many years I've lost count. I know that everyone is cutting costs, but this is a terrible way to treat loyal customers. It's not always about ROI you know. Try doing the right thing. The My Yahoo home page is fine the way it is. You do not need to devote a lot of resources to it. Just enough to keep it alive for us loyal users who have come to depend on a well designed and useful service.
Please, keep My Yahoo as it is now. Maybe there are parts of its maintenance that the user community could take over? Support? Bogus account clean up? Maybe even code maintenance? Just please let it stay.
