    This league(15th year in Yahoo) is H2H points. We also do a cap of 8 starting pitchers per week(which we control only thru honor system). My co-manager recently started a 9th pitcher and my opponent caught it after it was too late.
    If you gave the commissioner the ability to add/subtract points, I could deduct whatever points are earned from the 9th pitcher.
    or....
    You could allow commissioners ability to remove pitchers/position players from lineup after the games have started.
