    There are some people in my league who don't even have smart phones... I know it's hard to believe but they will not be able to participate in any chat.
    My league is spread out over the country and I am only in personal contact with about half of them.
    We admittedly don't post on the boards a ton, but it is the basis of almost all league communication. Please bring them back!!
