    your merger with ATT for access to email is horrible. it has tons of issues. its constantly logging out even though i set it to stay logged in. when you try to log back in it takes you a page that says successfully logged out. when you try and log in again it gives IBM errors. takes 3 or 4 tries to get to my email.
    then you want to charge $ for tech support when its YOUR issues we need support with. -_-
