On the create app page API Permissions, i can only see the Read option but don't have a Read/Write option

A possible bug regarding verification codes on logging in...
Hello. I was directed here by the Yahoo customer care profile on X/Twitter.
I'd like to report what I'm certain seems like a bug whenever I try to log into yahoo. This has been happening since late December (just before the holidays).
If I log into my yahoo account the first time on a browser, I type my password, and I get let in straight away.
However, if I log out on the same browser, same device, every subsequent attempt gets asked to provide a verification code. Even if I click the checkbox to "stay verified", it keeps asking for…

While I'm at it - have your AI automatically delete "questionable" emails coming in based on others that have already been blocked (individual emails and domains). Calendar format
- Horrible colors, I have difficulty seeing the print, and the background is too dark
- The print in the event calendar is too thin, needs to be bolder. Old eyes can't see it.

Restore calendar to previous format and clear background for each appointment
My Yahoo Calendar abruptly changed this afternoon to having colored fill in the calendar appointments in each day. Color background for each daily appointment is very bad because the color shades and obscures the typed appointment information and makes it EXTREMENLY HARD TO READ. There is no setting I could find to remove the color and have a plain white background.
Looks like someone changed the yahoo interface for calendar. Please change it back to the way it was and / or provide an option or setting for the user to select a CLEAR OR WHITE BACKGROUND.373rd ranked -

Restore Read/Write for Fantasy Sports API
The option to read/write in leagues of Fantasy Sports has disappeared, so it's not possible anymore to add/drop players via API in new apps.

Calendar back to the lighter colors
The original calendar was a lighter, softer, transparent version and easier to read. As of 11/22/2025, my calendar events colors changed to a solid, darker color(s) that are very difficult to read. I can't even change to no color to make the events easier to read. These darker colors are very straining on the eyes, especially for older ppl. I strongly suggest giving the option to return to the softer version. Thanks!

Hi Yahoo Developer Network team — I’m a developer using the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API and I’m trying to request prior written authorization for commercial use/licensing. The Fantasy Sports API Terms state commercial use requires written authorization, but I can’t find any current form or contact path in the Fantasy API documentation, and Yahoo Fantasy support has redirected me back to docs/community. Could someone please share the correct process/contact (partnerships/legal/dev rel) for submitting a commercial-use request for the Fantasy Sports API, or confirm if commercial licensing is no longer offered?
