1. Why are you keeping me trapped in Yahoo?

   I hate Yahoo! Read all my other feedback to you for the reasons. You have been the most unhelpful, unlike the very first, and the first person who helped me yesterday. He only helped a little by restoring only one draft.

2. Comcast email link

   Your Recent changes to have yahoo include comcast emails now have created a debacle. You don't support adding comcast.net emails to the yahoo account. I have more than one yahoo account and one shared account. Under settings adding another email account I can only use .aol google outlook or yahoo accounts. Is this a comcast issue or a yahoo issue? If you added those why not Comcast? I hope you can address this.

5. URGENT: Yahoo Mail’s 500-Alias Feature Is Being Abused to Mass‑Register ChatGPT Accounts – Causing Legitimate Users to Be Banned by OpenAI

   Dear Yahoo Mail Support Team,

   I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a severe and ongoing abuse of your email alias feature that is directly harming legitimate Yahoo Mail users, including myself.

   As you are aware, Yahoo Mail allows up to 500 disposable aliases per account. Unfortunately, this feature is being systematically exploited by malicious actors to mass‑register accounts on OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform. These individuals use hundreds of Yahoo aliases to create multiple ChatGPT accounts in violation of OpenAI’s terms of service.

   In response, OpenAI has begun flagging and blocking large numbers of Yahoo Mail addresses – including entirely legitimate ones. As a direct consequence, my own personal ChatGPT account, which I use for legitimate purposes, was recently banned by OpenAI. The only reason for this ban is that my underlying email domain (yahoo.com / yahoomail.com) has been associated with the widespread abuse of aliases originating from your service.

   This situation is unacceptable. Law‑abiding Yahoo Mail users are being punished for a vulnerability that exists entirely within your system’s design. While aliases are a useful feature, the ability to create up to 500 per account with no meaningful oversight has turned Yahoo Mail into a tool for large‑scale platform abuse. The damage is no longer hypothetical – it is actively destroying my access to critical online services.

   I request that Yahoo Mail take the following actions immediately:

   Review and restrict the alias creation mechanism – for example, limit the number of aliases that can be created per day or require additional verification steps.

   Contact OpenAI to identify and whitelist legitimate Yahoo Mail users who have been falsely banned, and work with them to stop accepting alias‑based registrations.

   Notify all Yahoo Mail users about this abuse and warn that misuse of aliases may lead to external platform bans affecting everyone.

   Please treat this as a high‑priority security and user trust issue. I expect a formal response detailing the steps Yahoo will take to remedy this problem. Failure to address this will force many legitimate users to abandon Yahoo Mail permanently and may expose Yahoo to reputational and legal risks.

   Thank you for your immediate attention to this urgent matter.

6. # Bring back Yahoo mail sort option

   I used to be able to sort my mail by sender allowing me to click on the first msg from a sender then scroll down and click on the last one and move the group to its folder or delete that whole bunch. Why did this go away. Bring it back PLEASE. In the scheme of life today it's not a critical issue but it does make me not like Yahoo mail much.

   I want to remove Planner from my Yahoo Mail. I couldnt do it and wrote to your help desk and they said it isnt possible to remove it from Android Yahoo Mail. I am a CPA and get millions of emails for seminars and it keeps suggesting them. I want to turn this off. Please make it STOP

8. Disabled person at Risk

   My account has been hacked and I’ve taken several steps to secure it but I believe that there are developer features and and API and a permissions request that was granted without my consent. I’m a vulnerable individual and have disabilities that render me unable to address this without exhaustion and nothing I’ve don’t has helped. Please escalate this issue and restrict any permissions granted to anyone other than myself.Please help and review all access to my account including where the authenticator app was used recently because and I didn’t use or download this app to access my account.

   The change to the comment section makes it virtually unusable. Horrible idea. Can't easily read comments and reactions - assuming the comments aren't deleted. Comments are getting rejected as a result of failed algorithms just based on the increased "comment was deleted" responses.

10. Please re-add Write access for the Fantasy API

    Hello,

    I'm crazy enthusiastic about building software with LLM tech have started building hobby projects for my fantasy sports teams and leagues with Openclaw. It's the sort of thing I can do in an evening or a weekend, and it deepens my engagement with your games, which I love - thank you for them!

    I was delighted to discover that you had an API, and already am building fun stuff just based on read access... but today I wanted to build a little daily lineup suggestion app, and discovered... there seems to be no Read/Write OAuth permissions. Sounds like there USED to be write access? But no more?

    I hope you will consider adding this back into your public offerings. People will be building amazing things with your APIs, or they will move to services that have better offerings. I'm not terribly far off from just pointing my Openclaw at the browser and having it navigate the page on my behalf.... this will be possible before long, so why not just open up write access for everyone? You never know what kind of great things can come from the community...

11. Add line breaks back to your comments!

    Hey Yahoo website developers.... say it with me... "paragraphs matter."

    What possible reason could you have for removing line breaks from comments after articles other than to make them harder to read???

    Yet another example of the growing mediocrity that permeates big corporate culture.... "Let's revamp our UI and make it inferior to the old one, because it costs too much money to hire skilled website developers or actually do A-B tests and get feedback before pulling the trigger."

    Someone would be losing their job if I was running this department.

12. I just posted my idea below. Return to the former Novavax Message Board/Forum... The new one is a disaster. Posts have decreased by 95%.

    The recent changes on the yahoo community message board/forum for NOVAVAX has all but shut down the forum. When this forum was ready to eclipse 1 million posts yahoo set it back to around 700,000.... Point being that there has been over 1 million posts... One of the largest 'successful' message boards on yahoo finance.

    There is almost a 100% dissatisfaction with the new format. The AI is holding back posts. I can't even post. It simply doesn't come up. After digging It showed my post having to be reviewed and it could take 3 days. I had no idea. It use to tell you it was holding the post and you could file an appeal. Now it shows nothing leaving the poster thinking there's a glitch.... Yahoo has basically shut down one of its most successful message boards...Novavax..

    Is Apollo Global aware that that one of their most successful boards has dropped down to a few handful of people using it? The AI is stopping posts from being put on the board... When the green light is given for the post it places it on the original date... That being 2-3 days earlier.. So in fact it never gets read. I considered the $60 (?) upgrade but that's off the table at this point.

14. Quit making me verify my account

    I sign in from my home with the same two devices every day. I am tired of needing a verification code to sign in. Once verified at my home location with my regular devices, I should not need verification every day sometimes 3 0r 4 times a day.

    There is a bug on mobile landing page of yahoo.com via Firefox browser.

    The carousel of articles has broken thumbnail images.

    It’s hard to differentiate what any email even says and who it’s from. Go back to the previous layout PLEASE. Also why for the love of god does the dark mode turn off when I open an email? This display is overall so displeasing to the eye when the previous one was perfect and needed no changing

18. Allow users to decide on the look of our inbox

    The unauthorized change in my inbox is something I am not happy about. The more I use it, the more upset I become with this setup. I can not reply the way I have been doing from day one! All fun writing options are GONE! I reply/write in different fonts, sizes and color....all gone. The starred email view is gone and I do not care for the scrolling delete/spam bar being gone. I WANT THE ORIGINAL BACK PLEASE!!!!

20. Thoroughly review creators

    More often than not, a yahoo creator story has a headline that does not reflect the content of the article. I belive many of these creators are just grifting money and there are no checks or reviews by humans of the articles posted. They are very poorly written, and rarely cover the topic in the headline; only promoting a social media account.
