   All of us who post on Yahoo! enjoy the forums. Sure some cross the line but people have strong feelings sometimes and this is a good place to express them. Most of all, I really appreciate other people who think like me who are able to express themselves in ways I don't. I've been able to post since 2005 and it has been a HUGE part of my life. Please bring the comment section back soon! I really miss it!

   I suggest that Yahoo management should consider starting to restart Yahoo Messenger again with new additions and features, including all kinds of calls and video meetings, as well as opening remote study for universities and schools online through the Messenger program by making it consume less internet data.. Millions of people have accounts in Yahoo mail The program will spread spread and will become a competitor to all existing social media programs

4. Yahoo ! Groups

   I have already read that.
   But closing our hard working Yahoo Groups in December is Not Fair.
   You should have closed the Yahoo Groups this Summer.

   Many of us have fought a lot last year when it comes to the Corona Virus all over the world.
   So many haven't seen the emails or warnings about you closing the Yahoo Groups.

   The Corona Virus had taken over the whole last year and we had so many things to worry
   about than the Yahoo Groups.

   So you're Not being Fair to any of us Groups Admins and close the Yahoo Groups down last year.
   You should have waited untill this Summer and the warned us about it before closing it down.
   it would have been Fair to All us Admins of the Groups.

   But closing the Yahoo Groups down last year with the Covid: NOT FAIR.
   If you should have some human kindness with the virus and all... You would have waited untill this year. That's Fair.

   All the links to other sites... Doesn't help us Get our Yahoo Groups back with our 1000s of pictures and that stealing or robbing us from our lifes work through many years.

   It's cruel to go and close the Yahoo Groups last year when it was a hard year where the Corona / Covid had taken over over lives.
   Then we didn't have time for our Groups.
   But this year is a bit better and getting our Yahoo Groups back will give us time to: Go through them Ourselves and close them down Ourselves.

   If you have some heart. You'll show us your kindness and help us.
   We don't want other sites. We want our Yahoo groups back... Just untill we have been going through them.

   I have already read that.

5. Andorid and iOS login issue

   Since Nov 28, users trying to log in to our app via the Yahoo SDK are experiencing connection issues.

   The issue has been confirmed on both iOS and Android. After selecting login via Yahoo users get a blank white screen. They are stuck on this screen while waiting for it to load, but nothing appears and therefore it's impossible for them to login with their Yahoo ID.

   We think the issue is being caused by a webpage timeout.

   Our login system was made using Yahoo SDK.

   How to reproduce this issue:
   1. Click on "Login via Yahoo"
   2. Blank white screen appears (This is the issue. At this point a screen should appear allowing users to enter their login information.)
   3. No login using Yahoo ID is then possible.

6. Language settings should override geolocation language, yahoo devs are dumb

   This is back stuff, the entire staff should be fired for making so many elementary mistakes. I choose English because it's what I can read, and you idiots show me whatever country I'm currently doing business in. Sorry morons, I can't read that.     hi Yahoo developers - i am looking for an alternative to facebook - i remember long time ago, yahoo had 'yahoo pages' - a social media-esque type thing of old... please bring this back...i am one of your oldest 'first' users, and always thought yahoo was great...also, these days i am a software developer so could possibly even help yahoo reach its former greatness...come-on now yahoo ceo...yahoo is older than google and facebook, and used to be the number one place to go online, back in the mid-late 90's...facebook sucks and google is a government agency...its time to get yahoo back on its feet, and dominate social media...i want yahoo to refresh and renew...perhaps hire me as 'social media development director' and watch yahoo become the greatest again! or not...but whatever...i need an alternative to facebook asap...something that can be personalized like 'geopages?' was - select own background, layout, but with facebook type abilities to add friends, messenger, photos etc and integrate with selected yahoo services or third party apps. i believe that many people are fed up with facebook, data breaches, nigerian princes and crypto scammers etc - i think 'yahoo pages' would be a total hit...

19. suggestion for improving email functions

    Make it possible for deletion of ALL messages, instead of 50 at a time; Scroll bar keeps disappearing in email listing, why do i have to keep clicking on the arrow to make 'ads' disappear to get a scroll bar? Your 'search emails function' does not work correctly...9 our of 10 times it doesn't find the correct email I am searching for...
