  3. For me Yahoo map is better than google map.

    Yahoo maps is number 1 , better resolution than google .we can zoom to last level, where as google image sometime become darken in last level .But just a little problem with yahoo. Yahoo take time to update an area like cloud coverage.Google images update every 3 - 6 month, in some area it take 1 yrs.

  4. Update to maps

    The road shown on the satellite view (not on the road map) adjacent to 2331 Curry Rd, Schenectady, NY 12303 is Kingswood Court. The current houses (not shown) built between 2011 and 2014 are 1000 on the east side 1003, 1005 & 1007 on the west side and 1009 at the end.

  5. Yahoo & only Yahoo is reading my IP address as 200 miles away

    Yahoo alone is reading the IP address off my router as 200 miles away. Why? The Nokia correction site is impossible to use for this sort of thing.

  7. i love clarity of maps but it needs more data base connect local search provider to improve search.

    Clarity is much better than Google but there are some major improvement should be done
    1- data base, local search is not found while other can find, for this we need to connect locale search provider and also we need to understand yahoo search query for location.
    2- labels is too wide to show instead we can use thin line of different color to show this.
    3- top search bar show be with map so that it look part of the map.

    Above is the description. You have our name spelled with a "v" and that's wrong. It should read "Conoy Street" in Alexandria and your maps show it as "ConVoy"--wrong! Please correct this error!!

  18. Allow us to enter our starting point and then get directions to destination. If you aren't familiar with the area it is hard to get there.

    Map was useless as it only apppreared as a half screen on viewing. Satelite map takes several minutes assuming you know where you are going
